The Customer Experience Manager will interact directly with Cash for Apps users on a daily basis. You will be answering their support queries via Zendesk, sending users gift cards and managing our fraud department. This is a great role at a remote startup with the opportunity to evolve into more positions. Preference will be give to students, as the role can be done remotely and requires only approximately 1 hour per day. Bonus points if you’re a gamer.

Location: Remote (preference to Vancouver BC)

Pay: $20/hr with room to grow.

Time: Part time, approximately 1 hour per day, 5-6 days per week.
